Urban Tree Oxygen

As the name suggests, the site has been envisioned with abundant breathing pockets and green spaces interspersed between the blocks. This thoughtful planning creates a tranquil oasis amid urban living. Spanning over 9 acres of land, the development features 15 residential blocks of G+4 structure.The residential blocks are planned in a linear fashion, aligning with the north-south direction. This orientation facilitates maximum sunlight and cross-ventilation throughout the apartments, enhancing the living experience by promoting natural light and airflow.

Upon entering the site, residents and visitors are greeted by two commercial blocks and a clubhouse. These are conveniently located at the entrance, providing easy access to amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and spa. A highlight of the project is the Open Space Reservation (O.S.R) area, meticulously designed by the architects to offer an elegant and relaxing environment for the residents. This creates recreational spaces and little pockets where the people can gather and interact enhancing social connectivity and keeping the pulse of the community alive.

The project is pre-certified Gold by Indian Green Building Council owing to the passive design Strategies that help in reducing its carbon foot- print. Overall, Urban Tree Oxygen sees a very liveable outcome, that responds to its context and exemplifies the need to test and develop new design strategies that can make community living more climate responsive and eco- friendly.
